24 Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 🤍 I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me manage my schedule and gives other clients the opportunity to book that time slot. • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be refunded. • Reschedules made 24 hours or more before your appointment: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.
